General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – for rental properties and pitches Lessor: George Glamp GmbH – Schillerstraße 40 – 04808 Wurzen
The minimum stay for all rentals at Perdoeler Mühle, Kiebitzsee and Püchauer Mühle is 2 nights. Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm & check-out is by 10am. The tenant should respect the specified times for check-in/check-out. In case of late arrival, he bears the full responsibility to find the accommodation himself. There is a key safe at the accommodation. Code will be sent by mail. A (pro rata) refund of the rent due to early departure will not be made in principle.
If you arrive at the Püchauer Mühle later than indicated, then only in consultation with us and until 8 pm. If the arrival does not take place until 8 pm, the complete stay will be charged.
Pitches which are not occupied one day after the start of the rental period at 10.00 a.m. and for which no agreement has been made regarding later occupation may be used elsewhere by the pitch management. Refunds for early departure will not be allowed.

Tuesdays only available by phone. Phone number is posted at the reception.
Are possible in principle. They require written confirmation by the lessor. Pets are allowed only in the advertised accommodations at extra charge, which are advertised for this purpose and max. per accommodation 1 pet. For pitches the surcharge for pets applies as well.
Extra bed & high chair for children possible upon request.
Group Arrivals*

To confirm your reservation we ask you to pay the full amount by bank transfer within 48 hours when booking by bank transfer/invoice. The final cleaning is added to the final rental price.
If you have an invoice amount over 300€, we will arrange a deposit of 20% of the total amount. The deposit must be paid within 48 hours to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. If the balance is not received in our account 30 days before arrival, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be retained.
In case of no-show and no prior cancellation or deregistration, the full amount will be charged.
Free cancellations are possible within 48 hours after booking (however, if the booking is made 7 days before arrival, free cancellation is possible only within 24h).. If a cancellation is made up to 30 days before arrival, the invoice amount will be refunded in full. If cancelled at least 14 days before arrival, the invoice amount will be paid in the amount of 50%. If a cancellation is made at least 7 days before arrival, only the cleaning fees at the accommodations will be refunded.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, as you can never foresee cases of illness.
Should a cancellation occur due to a renewed lockdown (ordered by the state), accompanied by a travel ban, the deposit will be refunded in full.
The tenant agrees to treat the rented property (cottage, inventory, outdoor facilities & parking space) with care. If during the rental period damage occurs to the cottage, pitch and / or its inventory, the tenant is obliged to report this immediately to the groundsman.
If any damage is found upon arrival, please report it immediately, otherwise it will be charged.
On the day of departure, personal belongings are to be removed by the tenant, household waste is to be disposed of in the bins provided, dishes are to be stored clean and washed in the kitchen cupboards. If this is not respected and the staff has more effort in the final cleaning, an invoice of 30€ will be issued for the removal. The pitch must be left in a clean condition.
The rest period of 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. must be observed. In case of non-compliance with the rest period, we will make use of our domiciliary rights and issue an expulsion.
The tenant agrees that within the framework of the contract concluded with him necessary data about his person will be stored, changed and / or deleted. All personal data is treated with absolute confidentiality.
The tender has been prepared to the best of our knowledge. We are not liable for any influence on the rental object due to force majeure, power and water failures common in the country and bad weather. Likewise, no liability is accepted in the event of unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances such as official orders, sudden construction sites or for disruptions caused by natural and local conditions. However, the landlord will be happy to help you fix the problems (as far as possible). The arrival and departure of the tenant is his own responsibility and liability. The landlord is not liable for personal belongings in case of theft or fire. The tenant is fully liable for wilful destruction or damage.
All vehicles that are parked or parked on the campsite Perdoeler Mühle must have a valid liability insurance. For vehicles that are not registered in road traffic, this proof must be provided separately (proof of insurance).
Photos and text on the website or in the flyer serve the realistic description. The 100-percent match with the rental property cannot be guaranteed. The lessor reserves the right to make changes to the equipment (e.g. furniture), provided that they are of equal value. Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic and legal intentions of the contracting parties. German law applies. The place of jurisdiction and performance is the place of residence of the lessor
Electricity (16A) is supplied only to tenants / tenant, who as consumers observe and maintain all the regulations of the VDE. The power connection is considered to be an electrical outlet, and the power is transferred at the power box.
